A Gernal continuous hot air oven is ideal for baking/roasting at a high temperature with hot air. Low-fat products can be produced in this way, without a loss in quality or taste.

    • fitted with an automated infeed system, which distributes the products evenly over the belt.
    • after baking/roasting, the products are automatically transferred via in-between belts to a cooling tunnel for cooling.
    • if required, a transport link to a packing machine can be provided.

    • thanks to a number of doors provided at the side, the inside of the hot air oven is easily accessible, substantially simplifying maintenance and cleaning operations.
